Tae Kwon Do KICKS
Tae Kwon Do KICKS Classes for all ages - from Preschoolers to grandparents. Learn traditional TaeKwon Do techniques, including self-defense and board breaking, while improving your flexibility, strength, cardio, self-control, and self-confidence.

All classes are taught family style so parents and children or mixed aged siblings can train together. Prepare for Black Belt....Prepare for Life. KICKS stands for Keep fit; Inner strength, Confidence, Kinship and Self-defense.

Classes in Hinesburg on Wednesdays at 2:15 - 3:15 pm; 4:00 - 5:00 pm and 5:45 - 6:45 pm First class is free to try out then it's a month-to-month tuition program - so you are committing to one month at a time.

Monthly tuition for one beginning family member is $40/month; for two is $70/month and for 3 is $100/month.
